What Oddbird is
Oddbird is a curated catalogue of objects made by independent makers in India. We do not sell anything. When you buy, you buy from the maker, on their site, under their terms. See the disclaimer.
Information on this site
We take care over prices, stock and descriptions, but they come from makers' sites and can change or be wrong. Everything here is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Check the maker's site before you buy.
Buying from makers
Orders, payment, delivery, returns, refunds and warranties are between you and the maker. Oddbird is not a party to the sale and is not responsible for the product or the maker's service.
Other sites
We link to sites we do not control, and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Our content
Product names, photographs and descriptions belong to their makers. Oddbird's own writing, selection and design belong to us. Share links freely, but please do not copy or republish our pages in bulk without asking.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Oddbird is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from a purchase made through a link on it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change, and using the site after a change means accepting it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
